Hello everyone back home.
This week the students here were on their visit week to a nursery school, Caroline brought me home with her and I went with her to Westfield Nursery in Fife. It was lovely and the children were all very nice to me, there are some pictures here but they are just of me as the we weren't allowed to post any with the children in them.
Two girls drew this picture of them with me in the garden of the nursery.
I had lots of fun in nursery last week, I'm really enjoying being in Scotland too!
Love Emil xx

Trip to the rugby!
Hi everyone!
This weekend Caroline and her friends took me along with them on a very exciting trip! We went to Edinburgh, to Murrayfield (the national rugby stadium of Scotland), where Scotland were playing Ireland in their third game of the Six Nations Tournament. Here are some photos of our day! It was a lot of fun, Ireland came out on top but Scotland tried their best!
It was a fantastic match, I really enjoyed it. Scotland played really well towards the end of the game and nearly drew level. The game finished 18-21 to Ireland but we all still enjoyed the day!
We all relaxed with a cup of hot chocolate on the train home again.
This week the students are on placement in nursery, so stay tuned for some pictures.
Speak to you later!

Nursery!!
On Friday, Nicole Keira and Caroline brought me into university with them. Their whole class were preparing for children coming in to explore the context areas they were setting up. I got a special preview of them all, everyone was so nice letting me have a short play in each one!
This is me visiting Jo at the bank.
This is me learning to cross the road in the People Who Help Us area. They really are teaching me lots over here in Scotland!
Where we were celebrating Eleanor's birthday! I also made a new friend at the party, Duggie the Dog!

Then I found some sick animals at the Veterinary Surgery.
I visited the Jungle on the way to the Supermarket to pick up some groceries.

It was a really fun day at University, all the students were really nice to me and made me feel at home here. I am beginning to enjoy Scotland and am going to work with Nicole at the weekend too!
Keep checking the blog for more news of my adventures!
P.S. I still can't remember my name, a quick reminder would help me lots.

Hello, Mr Bear!
Look what arrived at Dundee University today....

Oooo what could be inside?

"Hello everyone! I have been sent to you from other student teachers in Germany."

"This book will allow you learn more about where I live."
"Nicole (left), Keira (middle) and Caroline (right) have promised to take good care of me while I am in Scotland. They will take me out on adventures so that I can learn more about life here in Dundee."
"They have already had me working hard!"

"It was worth it for the Austrian cake afterwards!"

Bye Bye Tessie
My name is Tessie, I live underneath the Discovery Ship in Dundee. I wanted a new adventure and the kind BEd Students at University of Dundee offered me the chance to go to Germany to visit some other teaching students.
It all happened very quickly so I am afraid to say I did not get much of a chance to collect pictures of my lovely city for you but I'm sure my friends at Dundee will send you pictures of their visitor around some of my favourite places.
Scotland, it's goodbye for now!
Germany...see you soon :)
